Prepare dough by dissolving yeast and sugar in warm water. Add oil and salt, then flour. Blend well, then knead. Cover with cloth, let rise. After dough doubles, turn out on floured board and knead. Using your hands or a rolling pin, stretch dough to cover large pizza pan. Top with desired topping and sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
