     Pecan Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
1/2 cup pecan pieces
4 - 6 oz. Tilapia filets
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbl. butter
 

Instructions
Process pecan pieces, until finely chopped. Sprinkle filets with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Dredge fish in chopped pecans. Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 3 1/2 minutes on each side, or until browned.
