3 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut into strips
3 oz goat cheese
2 tbl chopped fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Blanch fresh broccoli
rabe in a medium pot of boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain
thoroughly and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat; sauté
broccoli rabe until greens are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Mix in precooked chicken strips, goat cheese and basil. Stir and
serve immediately.
