Wash the potatoes well, then drain off the water. Don't peel them. Cut the potatoes into wedges. Pour water into a bowl and use it to soak the potato wedges for a few minutes. Transfer all the potato wedges to a sieve and pat them dry using paper towels.

Line a dish with paper towels to absorb excess oil after frying. Pour some oil for deep-frying into the pan and heat it to 350 degrees F.

Put the potato wedges in the heated oil, one at a time. Deep-fry the potato wedges until they turn golden brown. Transfer the deep-fried potato wedges to the paper towl lined dish to absorb the excess oil.

|
Transfer the deep-fried potato wedges to a serving dish. Serve with sour cream and sweet chili sauce. THERE READY TO EAT!
