1 cup white vinegar

1-1/2 cups sugar
|

1/4 tsp pepper
|

4 cucumbers sliced

1/2 cup vegetable oil
|

2 medium sliced onions

Instructions |

|
Bring to a boil, in a small saucepan, white vinegar and sugar; boil 2 minutes. Cool vinegar mixture slightly.

In the meantime, put cucumbers, oil and onions in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Add vinegar mixture; mix well.
|
|
|
Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours to allow flavors to blend.
|
