Pecan Pie

Ingredients

	3 eggs, beaten
	1/2 cup sugar
	1 cup dark corn syrup
	1/2 teaspoon salt
	1 teaspoon vanilla
	1/4 cup melted table fat
	1 cup pecans


Instructions


Mix eggs, sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and fat. Spread pecans in bottom of shell, pour in filling. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes.
