2 pound ground beef, browned and drained

1 cup ketchup

2 can kidney beans

1 package american cheese, shreaded

2/3 cup olive with pimento, chopped

2/3 cup onion, chopped

tortilla chips or fritos

Instructions |

|
|
Brown beef and onion.
|
|
|
|
Mix in blender ketchup and beans. Simmer with beef for 20 minutes. Salt and garlic can be added.

Mix cheese, olives, and onion together. Put over bean mixture. Bake until cheese bubbles. Keep warm in chaffing dish.
|
|
|
|
Serve with chips.
|
