     Cowboy Paniolo Stew

Ingredients
2 pounds chuck roast, cut into pieces (stew meat)
3 potatoes, cubed
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 carrots (1 inch) pieces
1 can tomato sauce
1 can (8 ounce) mushrooms
1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
 

Instructions
Cook with a little oil to saute, then add water; boil until very tender and most of liquid has evaporated, add potatoes and carrots and cook. Watch water to have just enough to steam vegetables, then add onion, soups and msuhrooms. Bring to a boil and serve.
