Cook onions and garlic in butter in 10-inch skillet for 15-20 minutes or until onions are tender. Set aside.

Mix baking mix and yeast in large bowl with spoon. Stir in oil and water until soft dough forms. Turn onto floured surface. Shape into ball using floured hands. Knead dough 5 minutes, adding flour as needed. Cover dough and let rest 5 minutes.

Pat dough into 10-inch cirlce on greased cookie sheet. Let rise in warm place about 20 minutes or until double.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Make depressions in dough at 1-inch intervals with fingers or handle of wooden spoon. Spread onions over dough and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 15-28 minutes or until edge is golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
