     Avocado-Mango Tofu

Ingredients
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tsp Adobo sauce (from canned chipotle chiles)
2 Limes
Tofu cut into bite sized squares
1 Large mango, coarsely chopped
1 Large avocado, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp Finely chopped cilantro
1 tbsp Finely chopped onion
 
2 tsp Sea salt

Instructions
Mix Worcestershire, soy, and adobo sauces with juice from 1 lime in a bowl. Place tofu in a sealable plastic bag and pour in marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.
Combine mango, avocado, cilantro, onion, salt, and juice from remaining lime in a bowl, then refrigerate.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Transfer tofu and marinade to a baking dish and cook approximately 20 minutes.
Remove tofu from oven, place each serving of tofu on a plate and top with 1/4 of salsa.
