Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
-
 1 cup milk
-
 1 tbsp sugar
-
 2 eggs
-
 1 tbsp salad oil
-
 1 cup flour
-
 2 tsp baking powder
-
 1/4 tsp cinnamon
-
 1 apple, cut into eighths
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients (except apples) in blender at low speed until smooth. Stop blender and add apples at high speed only until apples become grated.
Pour onto hot griddle.
