     French Pastry

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
2 tbsp water
1 cup water
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1 tsp almond extract
3 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
 
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp margarine
water - just a little

Instructions
Mix flour, margarine and water (first three) until crumbly. Mat think on cookie sheet.
Boil the next water and margarine. Take off burner. Add flour, almond extract and eggs (one at a time). Spread over the other mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 mintues (usually takes less time so watch to make sure it doesn't get dark).
Mix powdered sugar, almond extract, margarine, and a little water. Frost when pastry is cooled.
