     Mini Chip Sour Cream Streusel Cake

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) dairy sour cream
1 1/2 cups mini chips semi sweet chocolate
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Satiny Mini Chip Glaze (Recipe Follows)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 cup fluted tube pan. In large mixer bowl, beat margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; add alternately with sour cream to margarine mixture. Stir in small chocolate chips. Spread half of batter in prepared pan. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over batter. Spread remaining batter evenly over top. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Glaze with satiny mini chip glaze.
Satiny Mini Chip Glaze- In small saucepan, heat 2 Tablespoons sugar and 2 Tablespoons water to boiling; stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Immediately add 1/2 cup mini chips, stirring until melted. Continue stirring to desired consistency.
