     Tuna Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 pound large mushrooms
2 teaspoons lamon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon capers
1 can (7 ounces) tuna in oil, flaked
2 to 3 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and dry mushrooms. Break off stems and discard or use in a soup or sauce. mix lemon juice, onion, pepper, and mayonnaise. Add capers and tuna and spoon into mushroom cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in a greased baking pan and bake until hot, about 20 minutes.
