     Tuna Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients
12 hard cooked eggs
1 can (7 ounces) solid white tuna
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons madrina or cognac
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
 
Pimento Cutouts
Capers

Instructions
Halve eggs lengthwise; scoop yolks into a bowl and mash. Add remaining ingredients except pimentos and capers to yolks and mix well. Fill egg whites with mixture. garnish with pimento and capers. Chill.
