Cut deep gashes 1 inch apart for better flavour. Salt and pepper the roast. Sparkle generously with Worcestershire sauce - be sure to put some in the slits. Pour Bar-B-Que sauce completely over the roast putting into slits also.
Place 2 tablespoons of water in the bottom of the cooker to prevent sticking. Cook on high 4-8 hours. Pull meat off bone into small pieces, discarding fat and bone. Simmer 2 minutes or more in sauce.
Delicious on buns or with veggies.
