Margarine at room temperature cut into cubes.
Sift the flour and add a pinch of salt.
|

Crumble the margarine into the flour to form rough crumbs.
|
|
|
Slowly add water to form into pastry and kneald it until smooth.
|
|
|
Cover in stretch-and-seal and place in fridge for 30 mins before using.
