     Pastry for Pies

Ingredients
800g plain flour
1 packet Stork margarine
pinch of salt
water
 

Instructions
Margarine at room temperature cut into cubes. Sift the flour and add a pinch of salt.
Crumble the margarine into the flour to form rough crumbs.
Slowly add water to form into pastry and kneald it until smooth.
Cover in stretch-and-seal and place in fridge for 30 mins before using.
