In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse raisins with sugar until coarsely chopped.
Add cranberries and remaining ingredients to food processor, and pulse until finely chopped. Spoon into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 3 hours or up to 4 days.
Makes about 3 cups.
