     Cranberry-Pear Relish

Ingredients
1/2 cup dark seedless raisins
1/2 cup sugar
1 bag (12 ounces) cranberries (3 cups)
1 medium Bosc pear, peeled, cored, and cut up
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
 

Instructions
In food processor with knife blade attached, pulse raisins with sugar until coarsely chopped.
Add cranberries and remaining ingredients to food processor, and pulse until finely chopped. Spoon into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 3 hours or up to 4 days.
Makes about 3 cups. Each 1/4 cup- About 70 calories, 0 g protien, 18 g carbohydrates, 0 g total fat, 2 g fiber, 0 mg cholesterol, 25 mg sodium.
