Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package diretions, adding the broccoli to the pot during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain.
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over mh heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden, about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and cook until the skins begin to blister slightly, about 1 minute. Add the pasta and broccoli, salt, and pepper; cook 2 minutes longer to heat through. Transfer to a large bowl, stir in the cheeses.
