PEEL bananas and slice diagonally into thick pieces.
Combine butter an sugar in a 8-inch glass pan and microwave on
high for 1 to 2 mins, or until bubbly. Remove pan carefully.
Place bananas in pan and toss gently in sugar mixture. Sprinkle
with cinnamon. Cover dish with vented plastic wrap an cook 1 min.
Toss again and serve with frozen yogurt or ice cream.
