     santa Fe style Mushrooms

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 pound mushrooms, washed and sliced
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons ground fresh dill weed
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed pequin chili
1/4 cup gold tequila
1 cup fat free sour cream
 

Instructions
heat the oil in a deep frying pan or dutch oven. Saute the mushrooms for 5 to 6 minutes or until just tender. Add the parsley, dill, pepper, chili, and tequila and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir int he sour cream and simmer over low heat just until warmed through. Do not overheat or sour cream may curdle.
