     Beef - Creamy Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1 Medium Onion, sliced
1 1/2 pounds Round Steak, 1/4 inch thick
2 TBS. Flour
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
 

Instructions
Cut the round steak into serving size pieces then dredge the meat in flour.
Place onions in the bottom of a crock pot, add the meat, cover with soup and bake LOW 8-10 hours. You can also bake on High for about 4-5 hours.
To check for tenderness, poke the meat with a fork
Serving Suggestions
Mashed potatos, vegetable of choice and tossed salad
