Pesto. approx 1 cup-depending on amount of pasta (add to taste)
1/2 cup feta cheese
Instructions
Roast and skin red peppers. Dice
Roast garlic and squeeze out cloves-leave whole
Add drained olives and sundried tomatoes
Add chicken (I like cutting up a roasted chicken, but breast is fine, as well as sliced cooked sausage,or keep it veggie)
Cook pasta, drain and add ingredients.
Add pesto and mix-add more to taste
Crumble feta on top
You can buy pesto in the spaghetti sauce section, or the deli section of any grocery store. I find classico to be the best. Or make it homemade.
