1.Take 2 Tblspoons of Butter, crush oreo cookies and mix with butter.Crumble on the bottom of a baking pan.
2.Melt White Chocolate 2 squares
3 In Bowl Mix Cream cheese and White Chocolate and the Eggs. Pour on top of the Oreo Mixture
4.Bake in a 350'F Oven Until set about 20-35 Min.
5.Once cool Heat up 2 more Blocks of Chocolate
6.Spread Jam ontop of Cooled Cheesecake and Drizzle with the white chocolate.
Cut into squares
