Ingredients
A great accompaniment to Roast Beef
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
 

Instructions
Can be doubled Blend in blender for a few minutes and chill in fridge for at least 1/2 hour. Pour small amount of oil into muffin tins, and heat up tin until oil is smoking at 475 Pour chilled batter into muffin pan, filling to 1/2 and put in oven. After a few minutes, drop heat to 450 and leave until cooked. Will be browned on top-about 45 min. The will rise very high, do not open oven or they will fall.
