Balsamic Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
-
2 celery stalks
-
1/2 red onion
-
1 red or yellow pepper
-
2 cups broccoli florets
-
1 ripe but firm mango(optional)
-
1/2 lb of strip loin or top sirloin steak
-
3 tbsp teriyaki stir-fry sauce
-
1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
-
Pinches of ground pepper and cayenne
 

Instructions
Thinly slice celery and onion.Cut pepper into thick strips. Prepare broccoli.Peel mango and slice fruit from stone.Cut into thick strips.Thinly slice beef.
Generously coat a large, wide frying pan or wok with vegetable oil and set over medium-high heat. When hot, add beef.Stir-fry until no pink remains, 1-2 minutes.Remove to a plate.
Add vegetables, mango, teriyaki stir-fry sauce,and balsamic vinegar.Stir-fry 5 minutes, then return beef to pan.Stir-fry until beef is warm, 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle with pepper and cayenne.
Serving Suggestions
Add more seasonings , if desired.
