Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut up yellow onions into rings. Put them in a bag with flour.
Shake bag to coat onion rings.
In a bowl mix together the cup of buttermilk and 2 tbsp of flour.
Mix together corn flake crumbs and seasoning salt. Spray the cookie sheet.
Dip onion rings in buttermilk batter and then into the cornflake crumb mixture.
Spray the rings with the pam spray.
Cook 10-15 min or until brown.
