Pour 2 tsp almond extract into cherry pie filling and mix. Slice the bananas and squeeze lemon on them.
Layer the following into a large crystal bowl or punch bowl.
1/2 cake crumbles
1/3 cherry pie filling
1/2 of pudding
1/2 of pineapple
1/2 of sliced bananas
1/3 of pecans, save 1/3 for top
1/3 coconut, save 1/3 for top
1/3 cool whip, save 1/3 for top
Repeat layers in step 2 and finish up with remaining cool whip, cherries, pecans and coconut on top.
You can make this the day before and store in refrigerator.
