Line a deep iron skillet or a deep round casserole with one pie crust and bake for a few minutes, just till starts to brown.
Cut potatoes into small pieces and boil a few minutes. Mix soup, broth, and milk and cook on stovetop until smooth. Add carrots, peas, potatoes and corn. Add chicken and cook for about 10 minutes. Add onion powder and garlic.
Pour filling into pie crust. Lay remaining pie crust on top and cut a few slits.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
