     Budweiser Oat Bread

2 cups flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup corn meal
3/4 cup quick oats; not instant
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 T sugar
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
12 oz Budweiser

Preheat oven to 425. Grease a cookie sheet.
Combine all dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Stir in cheese and egg. Stir in beer.
Turn dough onto the greased cookie sheet and flatten to form a circle 1 - 1 1/2 inches thick. Cut a cross in top to 1/2 in. depth.
Bake 20 minutes; reduce temp to 350 and bake an additional 25 min.
