Ingredients

1 T canola oil or olive oil

10 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces

1 1/2 T chilli powder
-
1 1/2 T cumin
-
2 cans diced tomatoes
-
1 can black or red beans
-
1 cup frozen yellow whole-kernel corn

Salt to taste
Instructions
In medium saucepan, saute' chicken in oil over medium hig heat for 3 minutes or until white.
Stir in chili powder and cumin to coat chicken. Saute' 3-4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; heat through.
