Fry bacon (cut in small pieces) until crispy and drain on paper towels. Saute' onion cut in slices in olive oil and add alittle of the left over bacon grease for flavor. When onions are translucent add 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Cook noodles according to package.
Combine bacon with onions and garlic. Toss in the spaghetti noodles. Mix egg yolks, cream and Parmesan all together and pour over noodles while warm, heat until hot but don't overheat or the eggs will curdle.
Serve with grilled chicken or shrimp.
