     Quick and Easy Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Colby cheese
2 (4 oz) jars diced pimento peppers drai
1/2 jar(16 oz) jar creamy salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
In a medium bowl combine Cheddar cheese, Colby cheese, pimentos, creamy salad dressing (like Miracle Whip or mayonnaise), salt and pepper. Add more or less creamy salad dressing to achieve desired texture. Mix well.
Worcestershire sauce, tobasco sauce, onion powder, garlic powder could be added for a little extra zing. Green peppers or onions finely chopped might also be a nice addition.
