1 bag chopped cabbage
|

4-5 green onions, including tops; chopped
|

1 Oriental Ramen noodle package
|
|
1/2 cup oil
|
|
1/8 tsp pepper
|
|
2T brown sugar
|
|
2-3 Tvinegar
|
|
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
|
|

Instructions |

|
In large bowl, mix cabbage and onions. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
|

|
In small bowl, mix seasoning from noodle package, oil, pepper, brown sugar, and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

|
1/2 hour ahead of serving, crush the Ramen noodles, uncooked, and mix into cabbage with sunflower seeds.
|
|
|
Shake and pour oil mixture over cabbage. Toss and serve.
