     Graham Crackers

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1.5 teaspoon baking soda (bi-carb of soda)
1/2 cup of butter
3/4 cup of honey
4 Tablespoons of milk

Instructions
Mix Dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter and honey, add milk and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. I put mine in the fridge because my dough can be quite soft at times. I leave it in there anywhere from an hour to overnight.
Anyway, I roll them out, cut them to my desired shape and bake at about 350 (180) for roughly 8-10 minutes. Watch them. It all depends on how thick you make them. I make mine thinner because I like them to be crunchy. The thinner you make them the crunchier they are, the quicker they cook. Sometime I use a square cookie cutter, a rocket ship cookier cutter, a heart cookie cutter (this month due to Valentines...), etc.. sometimes I let the kids choose a shape. I do grease my cookie sheets, lightly with no-stick spray. They really are simple.
We eat them plain, with pb, with cream cheese and jam, I use them for pie shells, or whatever.
