     Pasta Salad

16 oz Tri color pasta or Wacky Mac
8 oz Tortellini (Barilla, blue bag in pasta aisle)
1 Carrot, chopped
1 Red Pepper, chopped
2 Green Pepper (you can also use yellow peppers as well), chopped
Plum Tomatoes (3 or 4 depending on size), sliced
1 Onion, diced
2.25 oz can sliced black olives (optional), drained
1 large Broccoli head, cut up
1 bag mini pepperoni
8 oz Ham, cubed
8 oz cheese (any flavor will do), cubed
Grated Romano cheese (about an 8th of a cup)
2 bottles Italian Dressing
Italian seasoning mix (packet)

Cook all pasta, drain and cool. cut up all veggies, meat and cheese
Mix all veggies cheese and meat into pasta add seasonings and 1 bottle of Italian dressing. stir thoroughly.
Best if refrigerated 24 hours before serving. Right before serving pour enough of other bottle of Italian dressing on top to make it all wet.
