Empty bag of drumettes into a large, deep skillet or into a large
pot. In a separate bowl, mix together the apricot all-fruit, lime
juice, ginger, tapatio hot sauce, green hot sauce, salt, and water.
Pour over drumettes.
Note- it seems like it's a lot of ginger, but in actuality it balances
out the 6 tablespoons of hot sauces and the apricot spread very
nicely. -)
