2 cups celery, chopped

1 1/2 tlbs thyme

| |
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning

2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups chicken broth

mushrooms and parsley are optional

Saute' together the onion, butter and celery
|

put everything in a crockpot
High for 45 min
low for 4 - 8 hrs
Sometimes even 6 hrs is too long, gets pretty crunchy on the sides
