Melt over low heat the margarine and peanut butter. Add crushed graham crackers and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Press firmly into a ungreased 10 1/2 * 15 1/2 jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle 1 pkg. milk chocolate chips over top. Place in 350 F oven and spread melted chips. Set in refrigerator until firm (about 30 mins)
Does not need refrigeration for storage. Cut into squares.
