     Deli Style Bacon, Egg, And Cheese Sandwhich

Ingredients
Hard Rolls
Eggs
American Cheese or whichever preferred
1/2 lb. Bacon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
 

Instructions
Cook Bacon on medium heat in skillet. When fully cooked transfer to plate with papertowel.
Turn to medium heat with a new pan and coat the pan with left over bacon grease. make sure grease stays hot. Place hard roll with a slice of cheese on each side, place in toaster oven or broiler and toast.
Crack Egg into pan with heated bacon grease and cook normally. (also works with scrambled eggs)
remove hard roll from toaster. Place 4 bacon pieces on hard roll, Then the egg. Put the Hard Roll top on. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve
