In a chilled mixing bowl, beat ingredients on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Variation one- Chocolate-
Add 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder. Increase sugar to 3 tbsp.

Variation two- Citrus-
Add 1/2 to 1 tsp of your favorite zest, finely shredded.
|
|
|
|
Variation three- Spice-
add 1/4 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger.
