Line 13 x 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper. In medium bowl combine crumbs and butter - mix well and press into pan.
Pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with toffee bits, chocolate chips and nuts - press down firmly. Bake in 350 degree (180 C) oven 20 - 25 minutes until ightly browned. Cool well before cutting. Cut into bars.
Store at room temperature.
