     Dijon and Shallot Cream

Ingredients
2 Tbl unsalted butter
1 minced shallot
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup Sour Cream
Salt and pepper
 

Instructions
In a small saucepan, melt butter , add shallot, and cook until soft, 2 to 3 minutes. Add mustard and reduce heat to very low. Whisk in sour cream and heat gently. Season with salt and pepper.
