     Sun Dried Tomato Puree

Ingredients
1/4 cup sun dried tomato paste
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2Tbl lemon juice
1/2tsp salt
generous grinding or black pepper
2/3 cup olive oil
 
Instructions
In a food processor, blend together tomato paste, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
With machine running, slowly add olive oil and process until emulsified.
