Cut chicken tenders into bite sized pieces. add to medium skillet over med. heat, slice celery stalks and water chestnuts into bite sized peices. set side.
cook the chicken until fully cooked. add celery and chestnuts to skillet. add teriyaki sauce o skillet,cook for aprox. 3 minutes. seperate leaves from lettuce head so that they can be wrapped. assemble lettuce chicken and rice into wraps. and enjoy.
