Cook ground beef. Add onions and mushrooms and cook until onions are soft. Add flour and cook for another few minutes to get pastiness out.
Let cool, do not add sour cream to hot
Once cool add sour cream and mix. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Add beef stock. Start with 1/2 box and let simmer for 15 min. If you would like it thinner, add more stock.
