     Beef Stroganof

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tub sour cream
Mushrooms
Onions
Beef stock 1 box
spices and herbs you like
can also use stewing beef 1 pkg
1/4 cup flour
1 bag egg noodles
 

Instructions
Cook ground beef. Add onions and mushrooms and cook until onions are soft. Add flour and cook for another few minutes to get pastiness out. Let cool, do not add sour cream to hot Once cool add sour cream and mix. Let simmer for a few minutes. Add beef stock. Start with 1/2 box and let simmer for 15 min. If you would like it thinner, add more stock.
Add herbs and spices to taste. I like to add 1/4 cup red wine too.
If you are using stewing beef, coat with flour and then sautee until cooked.
Cook egg noodles and drain. Pour stroganof over noodles, or mix them in and serve.
