     Tibetan Beef-Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1/2 lb sliced beef
1/2 onion, diced
1 small can tomatoes
handful minced fresh ginger
lemon juice
salt (sparingly) and pepper
soy sauce
beef stock
thick noodles, cooked (linguini)
 
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp red pepper flakes
garlic
oil or butter

Instructions
Fry onion and garlic with spices in oil or butter. Turn up heat and fry beef in spices.
Add bullion, tomatoes (and juice), cabbage, and ginger. Reduce.
Add noodles. Serve with soy sauce and lemon, salt and pepper, and pinch sugar.
