     Nana-Nut Bread

Ingredients
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. SPLENDA no-calorie sweetner, granulated
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 teaspon baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp. canola oil
1/3 c. reduced-fat buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
 
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 by 5 in pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. Blend dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
Add oil, buttermilk and vanilla into the mashed bananas. Mix well. Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 45-55 minutes or until rich brown and the center is set.
