Place eggs in a pan with cold water.

Put on a lid, then bring to a rolling boil.
|
|
After rolling boil starts, turn off heat.
|
|
Let sit for 10 minutes with lid remaining on pan.
|
|
After 10 minutes, take off lid and run cold water over eggs.
|
|
After eggs become cool, pour water out keeping eggs in pan.
|
|
With lid on, shake eggs back and forth to crack a little.
|
|
Fill pan with cold water and let eggs sit in it for about 5 minutes.
|
|
Eggs are ready for peeling and shells should remove easily.
