     Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
8 slices bread, cubed
2 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1.5 lbs link sausage
2 plus 1/4 c milk
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup, mixed with 1/2 c milk
4 eggs
 

Instructions
Brown sausage, cut into thirds.
Layer bread, cheese, sausage in 8x10 pan. Mix eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over layers. Refridgerate over night.
Pour soup and milk mixture on top.
Bake 300 degrees for 1.5 hours.
